Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor – Transport Operations to manage daily transport activities at the client site. The candidate will be responsible for driver management, vehicle deployment, fleet coordination, and ensuring smooth transport operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day transport operations.
- Manage drivers, attendance, and shift schedules.
- Coordinate vehicle deployment as per client requirements.
- Monitor vehicle movement and ensure on-time operations.
- Handle fleet management and vehicle utilization.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdowns and servicing.
- Prepare daily operational reports and MIS.
- Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
- Resolve operational issues and maintain good client relationships.
